Think of it as being a standout, well-rounded role model or someone who continually works to refine their craft in order to serve, impact and inspire others.

"360" simply means that we provide you a complete personal branding experience from vision to launch. In addition, the coaching you will be receiving is holistic - meaning we dive into topics such as your values, beliefs, aspirations and innate gifts to help you tap into your higher potential.

Our primary demographic consists of career professionals between the ages of 28 and 49 who regularly invest in personal and professional development and are ready to create their own platform.

Please reserve 12 weeks for the signature program. We also offer premium packages that include more robust photo and video services as well as custom logo and website development. Please expect to reserve a total of 16-20 weeks to include these options.

We currently enroll on a quarterly schedule for *most program participants: December Enrollment January Start Date (Q1) March Enrollment April Start Date (Q2) June Enrollment July Start Date (Q3) September Enrollment October Start Date (Q4) *PLEASE NOTE: Exceptions are made for those whose schedules don't align with our pre-determined enrollment period.

While the coaching program is offered to a small cohort on a bi-monthly enrollment schedule, you do have the option to work with Coach N. Renee McFadden 1:1 for an additional investment of $500. The private coaching timeline runs concurrent to the cohort.

We currently enroll a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of ten (10) participants into the quarterly cohorts. JOINT ENROLLMENT SAVINGS: We recommend you join the program with someone you trust, who is also on a personal branding journey, in order to hold each other accountable. Joint enrollees must enroll on the same day to each receive a 10% discount on the coaching portion of your package investment.

Yes! In-person coaching sessions are currently offered Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 10am and 4:30pm EST at our office located at the Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia. This option is only open to clients who have opted for 1:1 or VIP accelerator coaching.

Yes! If you would like to complete the program within a condensed time frame, please inquire about our VIP Accelerator Experience that will allow you to launch in 8 weeks if there are no unforeseen delays.

We do offer a "Joint Enrollment Scholarship Program". To qualify for the opportunity, you must take the following steps: Invite someone to join the program with you to reinforce accountability. Schedule your 45-minute interview. You must schedule separately. If you are invited to move forward after the interview, you will each be required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation and a written explanation as to why you are requesting the scholarship. You must commit to meeting weekly via Zoom (at the same time as your partner) for your coaching sessions. PLEASE NOTE Your cohort coaching sessions will be reduced to $75 per enrollee as part of the scholarship. If you cannot meet weekly, the only other option is a bi-weekly schedule for $100 per session, per enrollee. You will be invoiced separately for your sessions for tax filing purposes. All other branding services will be 10% off. There are two (2) scholarships available per enrollment period therefore you are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Absolutely. All of our program participants hold full-time career positions. The goal, while working with our team, is to help you gradually and successfully transition to your own platform if this is your desire.

To get started, you are required to SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW to discuss your readiness to work with our personal branding team. If we find that you are positioned to be successful in the multi-week program, you will follow these steps: PRELIMINARY STEP 1: Schedule your mastermind session and pre-assessment coaching session with Coach N. Renee McFadden. The investment is $360 for both. After the sessions, if it is determined that this is the right season for you to start the program, you will proceed to the next step. PRELIMINARY STEP 2: Receive our 2024 services guide to review and select your personal branding package. PRELIMINARY STEP 3: Receive a coaching agreement, fee schedule, and payment link to submit a 30% non-refundable deposit on your package selection. The $360 will be applied to your remaining balance on the coaching portion of the program.

Yes! The fee for the mastermind is $135 if attending "outside" of the program. If attending "within" the program, the investment is $360 to include a 90-minute pre-assessment coaching session with Coach N. Renee McFadden. REGISTER HERE for an upcoming session.

Our signature package investment is $3,600 to include eight (8) coaching sessions, three (3) edited images and one (1) 45-60 second promotional video. *The above fee is for cohorts ONLY of two (2) or more program participants. *If you would like to work with Coach N. Renee McFadden 1:1, your total investment for the signature package will be $4,100. *If you would like to purchase our VIP Accelerator Experience, your total investment for the signature package will be $5,130. *Your edited images may be used for your website, media kit and social media content. If you would like to use the images (and any additional edits) outside of the specific usage listed, licensing fees can be imposed.
