Think of it as being a standout, well-rounded role model - someone who continually seeks to refine their craft in order to serve, impact and inspire others on a grand scale.

What do you mean by "360"?

"360" simply means that our agency offers a complete personal branding experience from vision to launch. In addition, the coaching you will be receiving is holistic - meaning we will take a deep dive into topics such as your childhood dreams, values, beliefs, future aspirations and innate gifts to help you tap into your higher potential.

Who is your primary demographic?

Our primary demographic consists of career professionals between the ages of 28 and 49 who regularly invest in personal and professional development and are positioned to create their own platform while still working part- or full-time.

Our secondary demographic consists of established entrepreneurs who are ready to scale their business model.

What is the program investment?

PLEASE NOTE: A 30% non-refundable deposit on your package selection is required to be enrolled into the program. Your remaining balance must be paid in three installments:

PAYMENT #1 - 3 days prior to program start date (20%)
PAYMENT #2 - Midway point (40%)
PAYMENT #3 - 3 days after program completion - final deliverables will not be released until the payment has been successfully processed by our financial institution (10%)

Pay "in-full" 3 days prior to your program start date to receive 5% off your total investment.

Approximately how long does the entire brand development process take?

We also offer premium packages that include more robust photo and video services as well as a combination mark logo and a multi-page website. Please reserve approximately 16 weeks to include these options.

How do I get started?

To get started, you are required to SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW (https://www.supermodel360.com/program-interview)to discuss your readiness to work with our personal branding team. If we agree that you are positioned to be successful in the multi-week program, you will follow the steps below:

PRELIMINARY STEP 1: Register for your *group mastermind session* and schedule your private pre-assessment coaching session with Coach N. Renee McFadden. The investment is $360 for both. After the sessions, if it is determined that this is the right season for you to start the program, you will proceed to the next step.

PRELIMINARY STEP 2: Receive our 2026 services guide to review and select your personal branding package plus any "add-on" services.

PRELIMINARY STEP 3: Receive a coaching agreement, fee schedule, and payment link to submit a 30% non-refundable deposit on your total package investment.

*PLEASE NOTE: The group mastermind session helps to prepare you for the holistic personal branding experience. During the 2.5 hour virtual event, participants will learn how to:

 • Avoid the smoke and mirrors trap
 • Embrace your knowledge
 • Speak from the heart
 • Define your values
 • Craft your aesthetic

What if I experience a life emergency and need to pause participation in the program?

Our team understands that life happens to all of us. If you experience an emergency during the program, you may pause your participation for up to 30 days. If you need more time beyond this, we will discuss your options at that time.

Does your program offer "group" coaching and "private" coaching?

We currently offer "partner" coaching and "private (1:1)" coaching ONLY due to the intimate nature of the coaching process. Enrollees will receive savings on partner coaching.

*A "partner" is described as someone who you trust to hold you accountable during the program. This person can be a spouse, significant other, friend, business partner or industry colleague.

Do you offer "in-person" coaching?

Yes! In-person coaching sessions are currently offered on Fridays and Sundays and must be scheduled a week in advance. This option is only open to clients who have opted for 1:1 or VIP Accelerator coaching and you reside in the metro Atlanta area.

Do you offer an "accelerated" coaching option?

Yes! If you would like to complete the program within a condensed time frame, please inquire about our VIP Accelerator Experience that will enable you to launch in 8 weeks if there are no unforeseen delays.

Question 12

Do you offer a scholarship program?

Accepted Answer

We do offer a "Joint Enrollment Scholarship Program". This is a partial scholarship for those serious about launching a branded platform but have limited financial resources to invest.

To qualify for the opportunity, you must take the following steps:
1. Invite someone to join the program with you. This reinforces accountability to complete the program.
2. Schedule your 30-minute interview (https://www.supermodel360.com/program-interview)here. You must schedule separately.
3. If you are invited to move forward after the interview, you will each be required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation and a written explanation as to why you are requesting the partial scholarship.
4. Attend the virtual mastermind and schedule your preliminary 1:1 coaching session at a special rate.
5. Commit to meeting weekly, via Zoom, for your joint coaching sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

• Your joint coaching sessions will be reduced, on a sliding scale, as part of the scholarship.
 • You will be invoiced separately for your sessions for tax filing purposes.
 • All other branding services will be offered between 10% - 25% off.
 • There are only two (2) scholarships available per enrollment period therefore you are encouraged to start the vetting process as soon as possible.

I am currently a full-time career professional. Is this program right for me?

Absolutely! Most of our previous program participants held full-time career positions when they enrolled. The goal, while working with our team, is to help you successfully transition to full-time entrepreneurship if this is your desire.

Do you assist with marketing strategy once I complete the 12-week program?

Yes! We are 100% vested in your success so before your platform officially launches, our team will help you create an initial strategy and will also partner with you throughout the life cycle of your brand to help you sustain and scale.

Question 16

If I would like to periodically shoot new content, will I have the option to do this through Super Model 360?

Absolutely! As a part of your marketing strategy, we recommend that you refresh your lifestyle content every 3 to 4 months (or seasonally). We offer a VIP Content Day where our team will capture lifestyle images and video to ensure your social media channels and newsletter stay current. There is a monthly retainer fee for this service.

Where may I use my images and video content?

You may use your edited images and video for the following ONLY:

1. Website
2. Media Kit
3. Pricing Guide
4. Presentations (PPT, Canva, Google Slides)
5. Social Media Channels

Any use outside of the above will require a licensing agreement - specifically if you are using the assets for advertising purposes, paid events and paid courses. The agreement may or may not include fees but please be sure to inquire as all original copyrights belong to the photographer and videographer.
